Tyson Construction has been chosen to deliver a £10m 74-home scheme at Troutbeck Crescent in Blackpool.

Blackpool Council is planning to build a mix of terraced homes and flats, all for affordable rent.

As the current apartments on the site were deemed unfit for purpose, the council has decided to demolish them and replace with quality family homes for social rent.
The homes have been designed by architect Cassidy & Ashton, whose vision is to provide contemporary affordable housing, as well as creating an impressive gateway into Blackpool.

Tyson Construction are using CS Project Planning for this new development, which is expected to be completed by Summer 2021.

CS Project is a flexible, adaptable and easy to use project management tool, that can handle both basic and detailed project programmes.
